On the basis of the Job Requisition of the Employer, Al Awa'el submits to the foreign employer bio-data of candidates who match the employer's hiring standards.
Bio-Data Review
If the Employer elects, they may conduct interview proper in Al Awa'el premises. For the purpose, Al Awa'el calls on candidates on dates agreed upon with the Employer. Only short listed applicants qualify for interview.
